Recruitment Process

Recruitment of experienced members (new hires)

  • A probationary period of 3 months applies.
  • The salary is 100% paid without any difference during the probationary period.

* On-the-job testing may be conducted based on the nature of the job (IT jobs, etc.)

Intern Recruitment

  • We operate the internship program with full-time conversion.
  • Excellent performers can be converted into regular employees (Internship period: 3 months)
